Teachers can develop or post their own learning materials on Skillorea, such as:

• Rubrics
• Classroom activities
• Other original educational resources

Original content that you are the owner of and upload to the platform is yours to keep.

Uploading content gives Skillorea the limited rights it requires to store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to enable it to offer the Services.

This is not a transfer of ownership of your content to Skillorea.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and permission to provide and use any content you submit via the platform.

3. AI-Generated Content

Skillorea may generate content using artificial intelligence. AI-generated materials may include:

Skillorea can use or incorporate third-party content, technologies, libraries, APIs, AI services, fonts, images or other materials.

Such third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' licenses and terms.

7. Educational Boards & Third-Party Trademarks found.

The use of any reference to an educational board, a curriculum, the government or other bodies such as CBSE, ICSE, State Boards or Matriculation etc. anywhere on the platform is for descriptive purposes only to show academic alignment and syllabus compatibility.

Skillorea is an independent technology provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by any educational board or government examination authority unless expressly stated.

8. Copyright Responsibility of Teachers

Teachers are responsible for ensuring that materials they upload or distribute through Skillorea do not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization.

You should not upload copyrighted materials unless you have the necessary rights, permission, license, or other lawful basis to use them.

9. Educational Use

Skillorea can offer teachers templates and learning material to help prepare classes.

Resources of this type are designed to assist teachers in their work and are not a replacement for official examination-board instructions, school policies, official curriculum documents or professional judgment.

10. Trademarks
